Claimants - How It Works
What is the Process?
- We contact your attorney’s office.
- We review the facts of your case.
- If approved we will fax an agreement to your attorney’s office.
- When you send us the signed agreement, we will overnight the money to your attorney’s office.
How long is the process?
Usually 2-3 days.
What does it cost ?
We charge a 5% document fee based on the approved advance amount with a minimum fee of $300 and a maximum fee of $1500. We then charge a flat fee of 9% (no compounding) for the first 3 months, or portion thereof, and 14.5% for each 6 months, or portion of six months, thereafter.
Believe it or not, other companies charge 80%-150% per year or more.
How much will we advance?
Our minimum is $1,000 and the maximum is 20% of what you will recover from your lawsuit.
